Sintesis eXcellent GVAF (R1234ze, R513A)

Sintesis eXcellent GVAF is an air-cooled chiller with high-speed centrifugal compressors, magnetic bearings and integrated variable frequency drives. The unit is designed for high-capacity comfort and process cooling applications and can also be adapted for data centres. Different efficiency and compactness versions are available.

Nominal cooling capacity: 400–1600 kW.

Key features:

• Available refrigerants: R1234ze or R513A.
• High-speed, oil-free centrifugal compressors with magnetic bearings and integrated variable frequency drives are used.
• The unit can be selected with an integrated free cooling system.
• Trane’s patented flooded-type CHIL evaporator is used, designed for compact construction and reduced refrigerant charge.
• The XSS version features a more compact design and can be up to 3375 mm shorter than a standard version of similar capacity.
• The chiller can operate at full load at outdoor temperatures up to +46 °C.
• Special versions for data centres are available with fast restart, UPS control and other options designed to support continuous cooling.
• LonMark, BACnet and Modbus protocols are supported.
